Terms and Conditions – PakGeme Online Betting Platform

1Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to pakgeme.com. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and PakGeme ("pakgeme", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of this platform. By accessing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or game bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use pakgeme or any of its services. These Terms apply to all products offered on the platform, including sports betting, PSL betting, Aviator, Andar Bahar, fishing games, live casino, and the VIP Club programme. Separate game-specific rules may apply in addition to these Terms and will be displayed where relevant.

2Eligibility Requirements

Use of pakgeme is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. PakGeme has a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. We conduct age verification checks and reserve the right to request identity documentation at any time.
• You are accessing pakgeme from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether using pakgeme is lawful in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party.
• You have not previously had a pakgeme account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or have not voluntarily self-excluded from gambling services.

PakGeme reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and source of funds at any point. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended and balances held pending investigation.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on pakgeme. Opening multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number or email address. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination without return of funds.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential. PakGeme will never ask for your password.
• Any activity conducted using your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it, unless you have notified us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
• You must notify pakgeme support immediately at support@pakgeme.com if you suspect your account has been compromised.
• PakGeme supports two-factor authentication on all accounts. We strongly recommend enabling this feature.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pakgeme are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts.
• Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your pakgeme balance within 30 seconds.
• PakGeme does not charge a fee on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider are outside our control.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 2,000 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless agreed otherwise with support.
• PakGeme aims to process withdrawals within 5 minutes for verified accounts using Easypaisa or JazzCash. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements have been met. See Section 6 for full bonus rules.
• PakGeme reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000. This may cause a temporary delay but is standard fraud prevention practice.

5Betting Rules and Settlement

By placing a bet on pakgeme, you accept the displayed odds at the exact moment your bet slip is confirmed. Odds may change at any time before confirmation; the odds locked in upon confirmation are final.

• All bets are subject to the minimum and maximum stake limits displayed in the relevant market. Pakgeme reserves the right to adjust limits for individual players or markets without notice.
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently found to have been offered in error (e.g., incorrect odds due to a technical fault) may be voided at pakgeme's discretion. Affected players will be notified.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the rules of the specific sport. For cricket, ball-by-ball markets close immediately on each delivery. Late bets that arrive after the relevant event has occurred will be voided.
• Match result bets on cricket are settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.). Abandoned or no-result matches are typically void unless 50% or more of overs were bowled, in which case Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method applies.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win. If one leg is voided, the accumulator reverts to the next lower number of selections. If one leg is settled as a push at 1.00, the accumulator continues with the remaining legs.
• PakGeme reserves the right to decline any bet at its discretion without being required to give a reason.

6Bonuses and Promotional Offers

PakGeme offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• One bonus per player per promotion: Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
• Wagering requirements: Unless a bonus is explicitly stated as "real cash", bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Certain casino games may contribute less. Specific contribution rates are listed in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited unless stated otherwise. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted single bet is Rs 2,000 unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.
• VIP Cashback: Weekly cashback paid under the VIP Club programme (see Section 7) is credited as real cash with no wagering requirement and is immediately withdrawable.

7VIP Club Programme

The pakgeme VIP Club is an automatic loyalty programme open to all registered players. Participation is governed by the following rules:

• VIP Points are earned at a rate of 1 point per Rs 100 wagered from a real money balance. Wagers placed using bonus funds do not accumulate VIP Points.
• Tier assignment is reviewed at the end of each calendar month based on points accumulated during that month. Tiers do not carry over; each month starts fresh.
• Benefits associated with each tier are non-transferable and apply only to the account that has earned the relevant tier status.
• Cashback under the VIP Club is paid as real cash into your main balance every Monday, calculated on net losses from the preceding week (Monday to Sunday).
• PakGeme reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the VIP Club programme at any time. Players will be given reasonable advance notice of material changes.
• VIP points and benefits are automatically forfeited if an account is found to be in breach of these Terms.

8Responsible Gaming

PakGeme is committed to providing a safe and responsible environment for all players. We actively encourage responsible gaming and provide the following tools to all registered accounts:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account dashboard. Changes to reduce limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications reminding you of time spent and amount wagered in a session.
• Self-exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended, marketing will stop, and you will be unable to log in. Contact support@pakgeme.com to request self-exclusion.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pakgeme and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, household, or using shared payment details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to place bets or manipulate games.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating accounts specifically to claim welcome bonuses, using coordinated betting patterns to exploit promotions, or exploiting pricing errors.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using pakgeme to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Collusion with other players, including sharing information in live casino games or coordinating bets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match-fixing or placing bets based on inside information obtained through illegal means.
• Using someone else's payment account, CNIC, or identity to register or transact on pakgeme.
• Any form of chargebacks. Players who initiate chargebacks without first contacting pakgeme support will have their account permanently closed and outstanding balances forfeited.

10Intellectual Property

All content on pakgeme.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design of the website, is the property of PakGeme or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the pakgeme platform without express written permission.
• The PakGeme name, logo, and branding are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
• Any software provided for use in connection with pakgeme is licensed to you on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis solely for your use of the platform.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pakgeme and its directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Any interruptions, delays, errors, or downtime affecting access to pakgeme or its services.
• The outcome of any bet or game. Gambling involves risk and results are not guaranteed. PakGeme is not liable for betting losses.
• Any technical failure of a third-party payment provider that delays or prevents a deposit or withdrawal.

Nothing in these Terms limits pakgeme's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12Account Suspension and Termination

PakGeme reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or source of funds verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Request by the account holder (voluntary closure).
• Regulatory or legal requirement.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pakgeme is not obliged to return any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (e.g., regulatory requirement or voluntary closure), any real money balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within 10 business days, less any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@pakgeme.com. Closure requests will be processed within 2 business days.

13Amendments to These Terms

PakGeme reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Display a notice on the pakgeme homepage for at least 7 days following any material change.
• Send an email notification to all registered accounts where we hold a valid email address.

Your continued use of pakgeme following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure. Minor changes such as formatting corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any term will not be separately notified.

14Contact and Dispute Resolution

If you have any questions about these Terms, or if you wish to raise a dispute regarding a bet settlement, a transaction, or any other matter, please contact pakgeme through the following channels:

All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event (e.g., bet settlement date, withdrawal date). Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. PakGeme aims to acknowledge all disputes within 24 hours and resolve them within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to the relevant licensing authority.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable gaming regulations. Any unresolved disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with standard industry practice.
